The European Environment Agency (EEA) is teaming up with the Noise Abatement Society to raise awareness about the health impacts of noise and to reward European initiatives that can help reduce excessive noise. Any product, campaign, innovation or scheme offering a creative solution to a noise problem can be nominated for the Award.

Eligibility Criteria

Submissions may be received for any activity, work or initiative in the field of noise control or soundscape management that was carried out up to 1st August 2012. The European Environment Agency understands that this type of work takes time to design and implement and, most importantly, to review and measure impact. Introduction

This call for proposals is limited to organizations who have replied to the call for proposals for framework partnership (ref. COMM/2012/FPA) before 15 June 2012. Only projects submitted by successful applicants will be taken into consideration for the purpose of awarding grants under this call for proposals.

Purpose of the call for proposals

In the run up to the 2014 European elections, DG Communication is intensifying its efforts to increase awareness among European citizens as to the role and activities of the European Parliament, highlighting its political nature. It is in particular endeavouring to ensure that citizens are informed that the European Parliament is the only directly elected European institution, that its Members are the advocates of the European citizens' interests, and that, since different political parties champion different outcomes affecting European citizens in their daily life, it is the votes of the individual citizens that determine the European governance we have.

In this context, with a view to reinforcing its communication capacity, DG COMM is launching a call for proposals to identify potential beneficiaries for grants for specific projects which will focus on:

• raising awareness of the European Parliament - its role, its political nature
• disseminating information about the European Parliament and its activities
• increasing knowledge and understanding of the three pillars around which theEuropean Parliament operates - politics, policies, values.

In this context, DG Communication is launching a call for proposal open to all the framework partners in order to select projects in the field of production and broadcasting radio programmes. Specific grant agreements will be signed with those framework partners which have been awarded a grant for a specific project following the launch of this call for proposals among the framework partners. These specific agreements will define the precise subject of the agreement, the conditions for performance of the action covered, and the maximum amount which will be paid.

A pályázat célja

A pályázat célja a nevelés és oktatás, képességfejlesztés, gyermek- és ifjúsági érdekképviselet, gyermek- és ifjúságvédelem, egészségmegőrzés, betegségmegelőzés, gyógyító, egészségügyi rehabilitációs tevékenység, kábítószer-megelőzés, természet- és környezetvédelem területén működő civil szervezetek szakmai programjának támogatása, amely az alábbi célok közül legalább egyet valósít meg:
a) civil szervezeteket érintő évfordulók, fesztiválok, hazai és határon túli rendezvények támogatása;
b) civil szférával kapcsolatos tudományos kutatások, monitoring tevékenység és nyilvántartási feladatok támogatása;
c) civil szférával kapcsolatos szolgáltató, tanácsadó, oktatási, fejlesztő, segítő, illetve esélyegyenlőséget és akadálymentességet elősegítő tevékenység és intézmények támogatása.

A pályázat célja a kulturális tevékenység, közművelődés, tudomány és kutatás, hagyományápolás, audio- és telekommunikáció, informatika, elektronikus hírközlés, szak- és felnőttképzés, ismeretterjesztés, társadalmi párbeszéd, fogyasztóvédelem, a település és közösségfejlesztés területén működő civil szervezetek szakmai programjának támogatása. A rendelkezésre álló forrást a Közigazgatási és Igazságügyi Minisztérium biztosítja a „Nemzeti Együttműködési Alap” elnevezésű fejezeti kezelésű előirányzat (ÁHT: 332995) terhére. A Kollégium az arra érdemes pályázatok között összesen 190 632 000,- Ft-ot, azaz egyszázkilencvenmillió-hatszázharminckettőezer forintot oszthat szét.

A Collegium Talentum az EDUTUS Főiskola Kárpát-medencei tehetséggondozó programja, amelynek célja, hogy a határon túli magyar területeken támogassa a fiatal magyar értelmiség fejlődését, javítsa versenyképességét, erősítse identitását azzal a céllal, hogy szülőföldjén magas színvonalú oktató és kutató munkát végezzen, ami segíti a magyar nemzetiség fennmaradását, boldogulását, megerősödését a határon túli területeken. A Collegium Talentum nem tesz különbséget a tudományterületek között, vagyis minden tudományterületről lehet pályázni

A Collegium Talentum a kiemelkedő tehetségű és erősen elkötelezett fiatal egyetemi hallgatókat és doktoranduszokat támogatja abban, hogy ne csak egyszerűen mesteri (magiszteri) vagy doktori (PhD) fokozatot szerezzenek, hanem olyan kutatási eredményeket is felmutathassanak, amely eredmények egy sikeres oktató-kutató életpálya komoly megalapozását is jelentik. Ennek érdekében a Collegium Talentum által nyújtott támogatás szigorú előfeltételeket és rendszeresen igazolt előrehaladási teljesítményeket vár el a kollégistáktól.
